Issues fixed in this small patch

• Changed pylon sounds a bit
• Added potion grace period indication/warning
• Fixed heretics incorrectly breaking fragile tiles
• Removed incorrect potion grace period from when way to target is blocked
• Made pylon awakening relic not trigger on vendors
