Patch 1.3.0

A bit smaller of a patch this time that doesn't even require (I think) leaderboards reset as it's probably more likely to produce bigger scores than previously.

So the new addion to the game is a new relic type which offers one time effects freely usable when ever you feel the need for them. Use them to heal yourself when in a pinch, give yourself a boost in scoring or even permanently alter your tiles.
